Adi is a trained designer turned passionate chef with over 10 years of experience in Israel’s vibrant restaurant world. Growing up in a home where her mother’s love for hosting left a lasting impression, Adi fell in love with the joy of bringing people together through food, and curating a full and wholistic experience.

​

Gilad is a graduate of Haas Business School at UC Berkeley, bringing his vast finance and business knowledge to Pree. Growing up in the Carmel mountain, right in front of the beautiful mediterranean sea, he's always felt deeply connected to the Mediterranean environment, climate and cuisine he got to experience and enjoy throughout his childhood.

 

Pree uses seasonal ingredients with bold Mediterranean flavors, reimagined in creative and surprising ways. Every dish created is rooted in a deep love for hospitality, artistry, and the simple pleasure of sharing a great meal, while connection and bonding is formed.
